"From shaping skylines to crafting seamless digital experiences, I blend the logic of architecture with the empathy of UX.
With over six years of architectural design experience, I now design across dimensions — swapping blueprints for wireframes and construction details for user flows.

Whether I’m sketching a home or prototyping an app, my passion for storytelling, problem-solving, and human-centered design guides every decision.

Let’s build something extraordinary — one space, one screen, one pixel at a time!”
My Story
I’m Mugdha, a Bay Area–based multi-disciplinary designer with over six years of experience in architecture and a growing specialization in UX/UI design. My work is grounded in a deep passion for crafting human-centered experiences — whether it's the flow of a physical space or the interaction within a digital product.

With a Master’s in Architecture, I’ve designed homes, commercial spaces, and environments where people live, work, and thrive. That foundation in spatial thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving now guides my approach to UX — where I build seamless, intuitive digital experiences grounded in empathy, structure, and function.

Outside of design, you’ll often find me lost in a book or creating intricate pen drawings or artworks. I also collect currencies from around the world — 41 countries and counting — each a tiny story of culture and connection. Most recently, I’ve been exploring motion design as a way to add life and dynamism to my digital interfaces.

Whether I’m developing construction documents or prototyping a new app, I design with clarity, intention, and curiosity — always looking for ways to connect people through thoughtful, meaningful design.

A little more about me...
Bringing Ideas to Life, One Pixel & One Plan at a Time…
From architecture to UX/UI design, my journey has always centered around creating experiences that are thoughtful, functional, and human-centered. My architectural background taught me to think spatially, design with intention, and focus on how every detail affects people.

Today, I apply that same mindset to digital design — crafting intuitive, engaging products that solve real problems and spark connection. Whether designing floor plans or user flows, I believe great design is about how people feel in the spaces we create — physical or digital.

I Love to Collaborate!
Collaboration is the foundation of my process — across both architecture and UX. Whether I’m working with developers, consultants, or clients, I love sharing ideas, learning from others, and building solutions together.

The most impactful work I’ve done has come from open dialogue, curiosity, and a shared commitment to designing for people — whether we’re sketching a space or prototyping a product.
For me, collaboration isn’t just teamwork — it’s how design becomes meaningful.
My Approach to Design...
For me, design is about crafting environments — digital or physical — where people can feel, think, and thrive.

From technical precision to visual storytelling, I approach every project with empathy and clarity. I enjoy working at the intersection of architecture’s structure and UX’s flow — translating ideas into experiences that balance usability and delight.

I believe in designing with purpose, detail, and always keeping the user — or occupant — at the heart of the process.
